1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "betpr", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the betpr online gaming platform operated at betpr.bet and all associated services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the betpr platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the betpr platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" means all sports betting, live casino, slot games, dice games, baccarat, and any other gaming or wagering products available through betpr.
• "Wallet" means the internal account balance maintained by betpr on your behalf, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by you on any sporting event, casino game, or other outcome offered through betpr.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or enhanced balance allocated to your account as part of a betpr promotion, subject to separate wagering conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, comprising identity documents and any additional checks betpr may require to verify your identity, age, or source of funds.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to betpr is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. betpr enforces strict age verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by betpr or any recognised responsible gaming scheme.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person, commercial entity, or third party when registering or placing wagers.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. betpr reserves the right to verify all information provided and to refuse registration or suspend an account where inaccurate information has been supplied.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out above. betpr shall not be liable for any losses incurred by a player who has provided false eligibility information.

3. Account Rules

The following rules apply to all betpr accounts from the date of registration:

• Single Account Rule: Each player may hold one betpr account only. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betpr will close all accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.
• Non-Transferability: Your betpr account is personal to you. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or otherwise deal in your account or any funds held within it.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify betpr support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Accurate Information: You are required to keep your registration details up to date. Any changes to your name, address, payment method, or contact information must be notified to betpr promptly.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. betpr reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its published fee schedule, after providing reasonable prior notice.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

betpr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via a range of Pakistani payment methods. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Allied Bank, SadaPay, Nayapay, Raast, USDT TRC20, and Cash OTC. betpr reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit on betpr is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion or payment method guide.
• Withdrawal Verification: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. betpr will only process withdrawals to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Method: Where operationally possible, betpr will process withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This is an anti-money laundering measure and not a discretionary restriction.
• Processing Times: betpr aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 business hours. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any pending verification requirements.
• Currency: All accounts are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Any deposits made in alternative currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
• Refused Transactions: betpr reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms.

Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment provider in connection with deposits or withdrawals. betpr does not impose transaction fees on standard PKR deposits and withdrawals, though this may be subject to change with prior notice.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the betpr platform across sports betting, live casino, slots, dice, and baccarat:

• Finality of Bets: All bets are final once confirmed by the betpr system. betpr will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances explicitly provided for within its specific game and sports rules.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error, betpr reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account wallet. betpr is not liable for any perceived winnings arising from a demonstrable system error.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted where your wallet holds sufficient cleared funds to cover the full stake amount at the time of placement.
• Cricket & PSL Betting: In-play cricket bets, including PSL match markets, are governed by betpr's specific Cricket Betting Rules, which form part of these terms by reference. Key events such as rain delays, match abandonments, and DLS method applications are covered in the cricket rules documentation available on the platform.
• RNG Games: Outcomes for slots, dice, and other RNG-based games are determined by a certified random number generator. betpr's RNG operations are subject to periodic auditing for fairness and integrity.
• Live Casino: Live dealer game outcomes are determined in real time by physical card draws, wheel spins, or dice rolls conducted by trained dealers on camera. Disconnection during a live game does not automatically void a bet.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

betpr may from time to time offer bonuses, deposit matches, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified timeframe or the bonus and associated winnings will expire.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms. Sports bets, live casino, and slots may have different contribution percentages.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless otherwise specified in a promotion. Opting into a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: betpr reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including through the use of multiple accounts, structured deposits, or coordinated low-risk wagering strategies.
• Withdrawal Before Wagering: If a player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements on an active bonus, betpr may deduct the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it before processing the withdrawal of the original deposited funds.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpr platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one betpr account, whether using the same or different personal details, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration, KYC, or withdrawal requests.
• Accessing betpr using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to circumvent geo-restrictions or disguise your true location or identity.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which bets have been placed through betpr.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any betpr game or market.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Any conduct that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the betpr platform for financial gain.

8. Suspension & Closure

betpr reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, account compromise, or prohibited conduct.
• A player's request for self-exclusion under betpr's Responsible Gaming policy.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, betpr reserves the right to withhold any balance pending full investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any net real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may also choose to close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting betpr support. Voluntary closures will be processed promptly and any verified real-money balance will be returned upon completion of applicable withdrawal procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpr's total liability to any player in connection with the platform or these terms shall be limited to the net real-money balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

betpr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of anticipated winnings or profits from any wager or game outcome.
• Loss of data, access, or account availability arising from technical failures, maintenance, or security incidents beyond betpr's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or statistics displayed on the platform due to a data feed error or delay.
• Any loss or damage caused by events outside betpr's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party payment processor failures.

Nothing in these terms limits betpr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

10. Privacy & Data

betpr collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering on betpr, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by betpr includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, and platform usage data. This information is used to provide and improve the betpr service, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent fraud and money laundering.

betpr will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required for the operation of the platform or compliance with legal obligations.

11. Responsible Gaming

betpr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their betting activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all betpr account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them after a specified period of continuous gameplay.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between one month and five years. During self-exclusion, account access is suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Cooling-Off Period: A shorter break of between 24 hours and 30 days is available for players who need temporary distance from the platform without a full self-exclusion.

12. Amendments to These Terms

betpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, betpr will provide reasonable advance notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the betpr platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The current version and its effective date are always displayed at the top of this page. If you do not agree to any revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpr holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through betpr's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents betpr from seeking injunctive or other urgent relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where betpr's rights or assets are at immediate risk.

For formal written complaints, you may contact betpr by email at:

betpr will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a full response within 14 business days of receipt. Where a complaint requires extended investigation, betpr will provide interim updates at reasonable intervals.

Players who remain unsatisfied following betpr's internal resolution process may escalate to the relevant dispute resolution body associated with betpr's licensing authority, details of which will be provided upon request.
